Stocks and QCD Gifts
The church can also accept stock gifts and Qualified Charitable Distributions (QCDs) through the Spartanburg County Foundation, a recognized charitable organization that assists with nonprofit funds.
Shares of appreciated stock may be transferred directly from your brokerage account to the Grace Presbyterian Church Fund with the Spartanburg County Foundation. Additionally, you may give a portion of your Required Minimum Distribution (RMD) directly from your IRA through QCDs.
Stocks and QCDs can also be given through our denominational agency, the PCA Foundation.
