Stocks and QCD Gifts
The church can also accept stock gifts and Qualified Charitable Distributions (QCDs) through the Spartanburg County Foundation, a recognized charitable organization that assists with nonprofit funds.
Shares of appreciated stock may be transferred directly from your brokerage account to the Grace Presbyterian Church Fund with the Spartanburg County Foundation. Additionally, you may give a portion of your Required Minimum Distribution (RMD) directly from your IRA through QCDs.

Gifts may also be accepted through the Spartanburg County Foundation to the Grace Presbyterian Church Fund. The Spartanburg County Foundation is a recognized Charitable Organization.
Stocks and QCD Gifts
The church offers additional giving options through the acceptance of stock gifts and Qualified Charitable Distributions (QCD). Shares of appreciated stock may be transferred directly from your brokerage account by contacting our financial bookkeeper at admin@gracespartanburg.com or (864) 381-7075.
Additionally, you may give a portion of your Required Minimum Distribution (RMD) directly from your IRA through QCDs. To make a QCD, make the check payable to “Grace Presbyterian Church” and mail it to the church or deliver it to our financial bookkeeper on Sunday morning.
